Terms of Service
Star Date: January 2026
1. Docking Agreement
By docking at Necryth Space Station, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement binds all visitors to station protocols. If protocols are unacceptable, you must undock immediately.
2. Station Classification
Necryth operates as a social casino providing space-themed slot simulations for entertainment. Station parameters include:
- All credits are virtual with no value outside the station
- No currency exchange systems operate here
- Virtual resources serve only as gameplay indicators
- Quantum random generators determine all outcomes
3. Clearance Requirements
Only space cadets who have completed eighteen (18) solar rotations may access Necryth. Docking confirms you meet this clearance level. Station security may verify credentials and deny access to uncleared personnel.
4. Crew Conduct
Station visitors must:
- Provide accurate age telemetry
- Use the station for personal recreation only
- Avoid tampering with station systems
- Not deploy automated probe software
- Respect all station intellectual property
5. Station Property
All visual elements, game systems, and content belong to their respective creators. Visitors receive only a personal license to experience the station. Unauthorized data extraction is prohibited.
6. Station Disclaimers
Necryth operates "as-is" without service level guarantees. The station may experience turbulence, maintenance windows, or feature changes. Travel through our sector is at your own risk.
7. Liability Shields
Necryth bears no liability for any damages from station use. Since no real currency flows through our systems, no financial claims are valid.
8. Station Evolution
Necryth may upgrade, modify, or decommission any station feature without prior notice. Continuous improvement is part of our mission.
9. Access Revocation
Station command may revoke docking privileges for violations of these terms or behavior threatening station integrity.
10. Galactic Law
These terms follow applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Disputes shall follow proper legal channels.
